Basic Tip to Buy a New Home
I want to give you a really good buy a new home tip whether you’re looking at buying a home for the first time or you’re a veteran a lot of people don’t think about this and I think this is really important before you make the decision to buy a new home.
I always tell home buyers and this is especially important if you’re on the fence about buy a new home and that is to go take a drive-by drive-by the home in the neighborhood at dusk.
When people are starting to get home from work you’re gonna get a different feel for the home all the traffic isn’t gonna be out you’re you’re not gonna hear all the birds chirpin and everything’s going on you’re just gonna have a much different feel and you’re gonna see neighbors in the neighborhood that you could stop by and talk to now.
I would say if you do stop by and talk to neighbors just always take what they say with a grain of salt but it gives you a really different view on maybe
Buy a new home
looking at the home in the morning or in the middle of the day I’ve had over the years I’ve had hundreds of buyers do this and they’re always really really happy they did now I will say I know we are in a seller’s market right now and I know you may not have time to do this because it’s really hot but if you have time to do a drive-by it dusk or even a little later it’s a really good idea.
I would HIGHLY advise you do so and if you don’t have time to do so then do it during your inspection period take a take a drive I talked to neighbors get a feel it’s just going to shed a different light on it.
